Kanchana Fernando, inspired by her mother Mala Kaluarachchi’s Batik artistry at Sanathana Batiks, turned her upbringing into a global movement with Certitude by K. Growing up in her mother's workshop, Kanchana developed a love for Batik and sustainable fashion. She upcycles pre-loved garments into unique, handcrafted pieces, blending her mother’s legacy with her own eco-conscious vision. Certitude by K celebrates artistic heritage while promoting environmental responsibility and empowering communities.
